Currency in Circulation after nearly 2 years of Demonetization

 The last demonetization was on May 19th 2023 and that was nearly two years ago. All 2000 notes were withdrawn from circulation and Currency in Circulation reduced proportionately. If you look at the trends the CIC is varying every year as shown.

Unified payment Interface transactions have taken off. The last time I reported this was in 2021 and the monthly transactions were at $66 billion.
